New Dog Application: Booking Your Assessment

How to Get Your Pup Enrolled in Our Pack

Step 1: Book Your 1-on-1 Assessment

Because we prioritize safety and an intimate pack environment, every new dog begins with a behavioral assessment. We will meet you at an approved park in our specialized dog bus for a comprehensive, three-part evaluation for $25. Bonus: If your dog is approved, your assessment fee counts toward your First Month’s Pack Membership!

Step 2: The Three-Part Evaluation

We need to make sure your dog is comfortable socializing, traveling, and transitioning safely back home. The assessment is broken down into three main parts:

Temperament Assessment
First, we do a Meet & Greet walk with our human team members so everyone gets acquainted. Then, we do a Pack Leader Intro, which is a controlled introduction to one of our balanced pack leader dogs.
Bus & Transit Assessment
Next, we focus on the commute. We start with Bus Familiarization, gently introducing your dog to the inside of the bus so they can explore the space. We finish with a short Test Drive to see how they handle the motion and the unique environment.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Assessment
Because we currently do not have capacity for boarding, it is crucial that we are able to drop your dog off safely at your house. We will use this time to confirm that your home drop-off area is secure, fenced-in, and safe from the elements. We will also gather your specific drop-off instructions and your preferred method of entry (a physical key or, ideally, a door code).

Step 3: The Results & Enrollment

After the assessment, we will give you a full breakdown of how your dog did. If everything goes well and your dog is approved, they will officially qualify for our Summer Field Trip Program or our flexible Concierge Program!
