We are so excited to meet your pup! To ensure the health and safety of our entire Camp Canine pack, we require all dogs to have their medical information reviewed before their first adventure.
Active Vet Records: We require up-to-date, active vet records on file for every dog in our care. Please submit documentation from your veterinarian showing that your dog is current on all required vaccinations.
Please use the secure upload form below to attach a photo or PDF of your dog’s current vet records.
Please email a copy or photo of your dog’s current vet records to polson@demottdigitalmarketing.com prior to your appointment.
The safety of our pack is our absolute top priority. To keep all of our furry friends happy and healthy, we strictly enforce a sick-dog policy.
The “No Cough” Rule: If your dog is coughing, sneezing, or exhibiting any signs of illness (such as kennel cough), they cannot attend camp or field trips that week. Please keep them home to rest! They are welcome to return once they are fully recovered and cleared by a vet.
We bring the experience to you! When you book, you will choose an approved park from our drop-down list. We will meet you there in our specialized dog bus.
The assessment takes about 20–30 minutes and includes:
